The study aims to investigate multidimensional nature of the frailty syndrome, in particular of its muscular component of sarcopenia\/ physical frailty. In this context, the possibility of diagnostic investigation through the use of optical methods, TR-DOS (time resolved-diffuse optical spectrometry)<\/p>\n
