Eng. Fériel Mekki was born on December 2nd, 1991 in France. She received an International Master Degree in Mechatronic Systems for Rehabilitation from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie in 2014.

RESEARCH FIELD 

Falling and Freezing Of Gait (FOG) are frequent  in the daily life of a Parkinson Disease patient and they have a huge impact on their social integration and on their entourage.
In order to monitor and compensate the FOG, an intelligent system following a person-focused approach will be developed.
