Master’s degree in Science and Technology for Environment and Landscape. Then, the two research fellowships in ITB let me approach to Bioinformatics, working on specific protein targets, included SARS-CoV-2. This PhD will give me the opportunity to deep my expertise in molecular mechanisms.
RESEARCH FIELD
My PhD project is aimed at solving the problems related to the construction of specific datasets for drug repurposing and machine learning studies, to be applied in the search for effective antivirals against SARS-CoV-2.
